Run of the night

A 200-guest wedding, start to close.

Six stages, and the equipment each one asks for. Scroll through it.

Doors

Rig is up, soundcheck is done, the generator has been running for an hour. Background music sits low enough that people can greet each other without raising their voices.

  1. 21:30

    Zaffe

Percussion live, brass over the top, the room on its feet and moving toward the door. The most likely moment of the night to go wrong technically, so it is cued from the written timeline rather than improvised.

  2. 22:30

    Dinner

Volume comes down to where a table can hold a conversation. Arabic classics, nothing that asks for attention. The lighting warms and stops moving.

  3. 00:30

    The floor

Open format. The floor fills and does not empty again. Moving heads come up, haze goes in, and the system is finally asked to do what it was specified for.

  4. 02:30

    Peak

The loudest forty minutes. Everything the room has, with an engineer watching the limiter rather than the crowd.

  5. 04:00

    Close

Last song chosen in advance, not picked in the moment. Lights up slowly. Load-out starts while the last guests are still saying goodbye.

Why one team beats four suppliers

  • One technical plan

Power, cabling and stage positions are solved once, not argued about on the day.

  • One person responsible

When the sound cuts during the zaffe, there is no supplier pointing at another supplier.

  • One price

Bundled packages come in below the sum of four separate quotes, and you get one invoice.

Check your date

Fill this in and you get a written quote with a deposit link. Faster than a phone call, and nothing gets lost.

Zaffe timing, specific artists, venue restrictions — whatever matters.

Questions people actually ask

How much does a wedding DJ cost in Lebanon?

A DJ alone runs $800–2,500 depending on hours, location and equipment. A full package with sound, lighting and a live artist typically lands between $3,500 and $20,000. We send a written quote after we know the venue and guest count.

Do you provide sound and lighting together?

Yes — DJ, sound engineering, stage lighting and artist booking are all in-house. Most weddings book at least three of the four, which is cheaper than sourcing them separately and leaves one team responsible on the night.

Do you travel outside Lebanon?

Yes. We regularly play Lebanese weddings in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Jordan and Cyprus. Travel and accommodation are quoted separately and shown as a line item.

How do I hold a date?

A date is held once the deposit is received — normally 30–50% via Whish or OMT. You upload the receipt on your booking page and the date is confirmed and locked the same day.

How far in advance should I book?

For a summer Saturday in Lebanon, six to nine months. Off-season and weekdays are usually available at shorter notice. Send the date and we will tell you honestly whether it is open.
