Stage & lighting — FAQ
How much does event lighting cost in Beirut?
Between $900 and $6,000 depending on stage size, fixture count and whether an operator stays for the event. Lighting for a 200-guest wedding typically lands between $1,200 and $2,500.
Can lighting be programmed to specific moments?
Yes — the entrance, the first dance, the cake and the zaffe are cued in advance from the same timeline the DJ works from. That is the main reason to book lighting and DJ together rather than separately.
Do you build the stage as well as light it?
Yes. Stage structure and truss are sized to the venue and to the act standing on it, so the lighting has something rated to hang from instead of being worked around at the last minute.
Can you light an outdoor venue with no permanent structure?
That is most of the work here. Truss goes up on open ground, power comes from a generator we specify, and the rigging is built for a night that gets windy after sunset rather than for a photograph at seven.
Is there an operator on the night, or is the lighting set and left?
An operator stays and programmes to your timeline. Lighting left on a loop does the same thing during the speeches as it does during the first dance, which is exactly what people notice.
Can the lighting match a colour theme?
Yes — wash lighting and moving heads are colour-mixed, so the room can be set to your palette and changed through the night. Send the colours with the timeline and they are programmed in before the day.
