- One site visit and one technical plan covering power, stage and sound
- A single timeline the DJ, engineer and lighting operator all work from
- One person responsible on the night — no supplier blaming another
Full event production — FAQ
How much does full event production cost in Lebanon?
Between $3,500 and $20,000 for a complete package. A 200-guest wedding with DJ, sound, lighting and one live artist typically lands between $6,000 and $10,000.
Is a package actually cheaper than booking separately?
Usually yes, because equipment, crew and transport overlap instead of being duplicated by four suppliers. The bigger saving is on the night: one technical plan means fewer things go wrong.
What is actually included in a full production package?
DJ, sound engineering, stage lighting and artist booking, delivered by one team on one invoice, after one site visit and one technical plan covering power, stage and sound. You are not coordinating four suppliers who have never met.
Do you do corporate events and club nights, or only weddings?
All of them. Weddings are the largest part of the work, but corporate evenings, launches and club nights run on the same rig and the same crew — a different timeline, not a different company.
Do you travel outside Lebanon?
Yes, for Lebanese weddings abroad in particular. Travel and accommodation are quoted as their own line so you can see exactly what the distance costs before you agree to it.
Who is responsible if something goes wrong on the night?
We are, and that is the point of booking it as one package. With four suppliers, a failure becomes an argument about whose fault it was while the room stands still. Here there is one person to find, and they are already on site.
